After some initial confusion following payment, I was emailed a download link & id to obtain the manual. Download was fairly quick and easy. Manual quality could be better, although is complete. Looks to be a photocopied scanned copy. Some detail is a little difficult to make out.

How do i download my manual?
In order to download your manual you first need to order it. To order it, please fill in the form and checkout. After you have checked out you will receive a PayPal payment email with payment instructions. You don't need a PayPal account, you can also pay with your credit card through PayPal (Please read how PayPal works here). Please read the instructions in the PayPal email carefully. Also you will get a 'Order ID'. With the 'Order ID' you can follow the status of your order. Please log in here to follow your status.
How can i pay for my manual?
We accept PayPal payments only. You don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Please read the instructions in your PayPal email carefully or read how PayPal works here.
I have received the PayPal email and paid my order. When can i download my manual?
After you have paid with PayPal, we will process your order. After your order has been processed, we will send you an order status email. With your 'Order ID' which you will receive in your order status email you can log in and download your manual. Please log in here to download your manual.
When will i be able to download my manual?
In most cases your manual is available for download within one hour to a few hours (max 24 hours) after you have placed your order.
What about the security of the payments and my details?
All information regarding your PayPal and/or credit cards (credit card numbers, cardholder name etc) are entered on secure sites (secured SSL encryption) of PayPal. None of our employees has acces to any information regarding your creditcard or PayPal account. Please read how PayPal works here.
How will my manual be delivered?
The only way we deliver manuals are by download. All manuals are PDF files. After you have placed your order and we have processed your order, you will be able to download your manual.
What about returns?
We make every effort to ensure that there are no reasons for complains. However, in the case such a situation happens, please contact us per E-mail, giving also the reasons for a complain. In the case of granting your claim, we will repay the costs of purchasing of the given manual .
I have paid my order but did not receive a status order email. What can i do?
If you have paid your order you will receive a status order email after your order has been processed. If you paid your order but did not receive a status order email in max 24 hours, the email probably has been received in your SPAM inbox. In any cases, you can log into the order status page to check the status of your order. Just enter your 'Order ID' which you received in your PayPal payment email.
