• How do i download the manual PDF which i have ordered?
  After you have paid your order with PayPal you will receive an email with download instructions. It will be sent to your PayPal emailaddress. In the email with download instructions you will receive your 'Order ID'. With the 'Order ID' you can download your order.
  Please log in here to follow the status of your order. The email with download instructions will be sent within 1-24 hours.
  
  
• I have paid my order. When can i download my manual PDF?
  After you have paid with PayPal, we will process your order. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email with download instructions. In the email with download instructions you will receive an 'Order ID'. With the 'Order ID' you can log in and download your manual PDF. The email with download instructions will be sent within 1-24 hours.

• When will i be able to download my manual PDF?
  Your ordered manual PDF is available for download in 1-24 hours.
  
  
• What about the security of the payments and my details?
  All information regarding your PayPal and/or credit cards (credit card numbers, cardholder name etc) are entered on secure sites (secured SSL encryption) of PayPal. None of our employees has acces to any information regarding your creditcard or PayPal account. Please read how PayPal works here.
  
  
• How will my manual PDF be delivered?
  We deliver manuals by download only. All manuals are PDF files. After you have placed your order and after we have processed your order we will send an email with download instructions. With the download instructions you will be able to download your manual.
  
  
• What about returns?
  We make every effort to ensure that there are no reasons for complains. However, in the case such a situation happens, please contact us per E-mail, giving also the reasons for a complain. In the case of granting your claim, we will repay the costs of purchasing of the given manual PDF.
  
  
• I have paid my order but did not receive an email with download instructions. What can i do?
  If you have paid your order you will receive an email with download instructions within max 24hours. If you paid your order but did not receive an email with download instructoins in max 24 hours, the email probably has been received in your SPAM inbox.
